Not into DIY and want to walk into an event ready space? No problem, we got you! Our VIP option is going to be right up your alley! You invite the guests, and we will take care of the rest.

Our private party packages give you 2 hours of exclusive use of the facility for your event. Plus an additional 30 minutes of set-up time.
The Cub House Play Cafe is open to the public (at an adjusted capacity) during Friday night parties. However, our Private Room gives you the intimacy of celebrating your event privately. It is located next to the play space, which is shared with our other customers.
If you do not want to share the play space, then you should book the full space (see our Private Party Packages listed above).
**35 percent Non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required to secure birthday party. Remaining balance is due prior to the start of the party. Tax is not included. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER.
To secure your date a 35% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your party.
Any party that is cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled event will be refunded all moneys outside of the 35% non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available. The Cub House Play Cafe is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and we will use our best judgement and manage each case as we see fit. ALL cancellations must be submitted in writing (i.e., email). You may not cancel over the phone or via voicemail.
No, set-up is not included in the 2-hour time slot. You will have 25 minutes prior to your requested party time to set up. We also don’t allow for items to be dropped off in advance.
There are up to 4 small rectangular kids tables with chairs, as well as a buffet and 2 round table to utilize for cake, favors and gifts, As well as seating for adults.
Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages when you book an event with us, however outside alcohol is not permitted.
You are welcome to decorate with any decorations to fit your needs however, confetti and glitter are NOT allowed in the facility. We do allow items to be hung but only on the dedicated spots in the party room as to not cause damage to the walls. We can also provide easel stands for any signs that need to be propped up.
Candles used for cakes are welcome in the party room. Open flames are prohibited.
There is available parking onsite.
Yes, we are ADA approved. Parking is right outside the doors to the facility.
Yes, both parents and kids are included in the guest count. A 5:1 kid to parent ratio is also required.
