Open Play

To keep our play areas clean and in tip-top shape, we require that everyone remove their shoes and wear socks or shoe coverings inside the play areas. Bare feet are not allowed. We do have shoe cubbies to safely store your shoes. If you forget your socks or would like shoe covers, they are available for purchase at the cafe. Non-slip socks are recommended.

Our play space is for children 6 and under.

We do ask that you leave outside snacks at home, we do offer a variety of adult and kid-friendly snacks and beverages for purchase. We do allow exceptions for water and formula.

We do prefer you to leave your strollers in the car but understand that sometimes life is just easier with them. We do ask that you be mindful and use basic stroller etiquette if you decide to bring them in with you.

Memberships & Punch Cards

You may cancel after inital 3 month commitment by emailing thecubhouseplayspace@gmail.com and up to 7 days prior to next billing cycle.

Yes, as long as there are available punches left on your card you may use the same card for multiple children.

Birthday Parties

To secure your date a 35% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 7 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is required.

If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available but will be charged a fee to do so. The Cub House Play Cafe is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and we will use our best judgement and manage each case as we see fit. ALL cancellations must be submitted in writing (i.e., email). You may not cancel over the phone or via voicemail.

No, however, we do limit the number of outside guests that are permitted for open play during event times. We do offer Private Parties, where you may rent the entire facility out for your event. Please email us at thecubhouseplayspace@gmail.com for Private Party inquires.

No, you will have 20 minutes prior to your requested party time to set up as well as a host to help you do so.

There are 2 small rectangular kids tables with chairs, as well as a buffet and round table to utilize for cake, favors and gifts.

Yes, you may bring your own food and beverages, however alcohol is not permitted.

You are welcome to decorate with any decorations to fit your needs however, confetti and glitter are NOT allowed in the facility. We do allow items to be hung but only on the dedicated spots in the party room as to not cause damage to the walls. We can also provide easel stands for any signs that need to be propped up.

Candles used for cakes are welcome in the party room. Open flames are prohibited.

Yes, we are ADA approved. Parking is right outside the doors to the facility.
