Important Note: Group bookings are designed for playgroups, schools, homeschool meetups, and similar gatherings — not birthday parties. If we determine that a group reservation is being used to host a birthday celebration, the rate will be adjusted to reflect our standard birthday party pricing. By booking, you agree to this policy.
Our group bookings include 2 hours of reserved use of the private room for 6–8 children, with access to the main play area during regular business hours. Please note that clean-up of the private room is the responsibility of your group.
Standard group bookings are for 2 hours. You’re welcome to request additional time for an added fee, based on availability.
For children with active memberships, if the play area isn’t at capacity, they’re welcome to stay and play after your group booking ends. Non-members must pay the regular play fee to remain.
Important: All guests must check in at the front desk to confirm availability and payment before continuing to play. Please do not assume your group can stay without approval.
Our play area is designed for children ages 6 and under. A standard group booking includes 6–8 children. You may add up to 4 additional children (for a maximum of 12) for an extra fee per child.
We recommend a maximum of 8 adults in the private room during your booking to keep the space comfortable. Since the private room is reserved just for your group, we kindly ask that adults in your party do not use tables or seating in the main café area, so those spaces remain available for other guests.
No deposit is required for group room bookings; your reservation is confirmed once we’ve scheduled your date and details.
Our standard café policy applies, no outside food is allowed, except for individual, unopened, pre-packaged snacks (like goldfish crackers, applesauce pouches, or granola bars). Outside drinks are not permitted except for baby formula or water. Alcohol is never allowed.
We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, so we can open the space to other guests.
The private room is available only during your reserved booking time. Please plan for your group to arrive at your scheduled start time.
Our staff monitors the overall play area, but all children must be supervised by a parent/guardian from your group at all times.
Yes! If you’d like exclusive use of the whole play café, ask us about our after-hours private rental options.
