Open play is designed for individual child playtime with up to two accompanying adults.
If you’re looking to celebrate a birthday or host a group, please check out our party packages, which are specifically designed for that purpose.

We reserve the right to limit table use and the number of adults per child during open play when group gatherings impact the space or experience of other guests.

Planning Your Visit

Safety

Our space is specifically designed to prioritize the safety of our guests, meaning we only allow groups with children to enter the facility. We also have a gated entrance and exit for extra peace of mind while your little ones play.

Just stopping by? Our café is open for to-go drinks and snacks, even if you’re not joining us for Open Play.

Parking

Upon arrival, you will notice that there is a front side and a backside to the building. Our main entrance is located on the backside of the building where the majority of the parking is.

Stroller Parking / Etiquette

We do prefer you to leave your strollers in the car but understand that sometimes life is just easier with them. We do ask that you be mindful and use basic stroller etiquette if you decide to bring them in with you.

Socks Required

To help keep our space clean, safe, and comfortable for even the littlest of our guests, we are a socks-only facility. Shoes are removed upon entry, and socks are required for everyone at all times. Bare feet are not permitted.

Cafe

To help maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, outside food and drinks (including homemade items) are not permitted inside the facility.

We do make a few exceptions for:

  • Fresh fruit in its original packaging
  • Unopened, prepackaged snacks with clear ingredient labels
  • Water
  • Infant formula and baby feeding essentials

Any outside food or beverages brought in will need to be stored away or taken back to your vehicle.

Our café offers a variety of kid- and adult-friendly snacks and beverages available for purchase during your visit.

Sick Policy

For the safety and well-being of all guests, children who are sick will not be admitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry if illness symptoms are present.

Please stay home if your child or any household member has experienced any of the following within the past 24 hours:

  • Diarrhea
  • Fever of 100°F or higher
  • Heavy cough or croup
  • Sore throat or swollen glands
  • Vomiting or nausea
  • Runny nose (especially thick green or yellow discharge)
  •

We appreciate your help in keeping our space healthy and safe for everyone.
