Open Play

To keep our play areas clean and in tip-top shape, we require that everyone remove their shoes and wear socks or shoe coverings inside the play areas. Bare feet are not allowed anywhere in the building. We do have shoe cubbies to safely store your shoes. If you forget your socks or would like shoe covers, they are available for purchase at the cafe. Non-slip socks are recommended.

Our play space is for children 6 and under.

We do ask that you leave outside snacks at home, we do offer a variety of adult and kid-friendly snacks and beverages for purchase. We do allow exceptions for water and formula.

We do prefer you to leave your strollers in the car but understand that sometimes life is just easier with them. We do ask that you be mindful and use basic stroller etiquette if you decide to bring them in with you.

Memberships & Punch Cards

You may cancel after inital 3 month commitment by emailing thecubhouseplayspace@gmail.com and up to 7 days prior to next billing cycle.

Yes, as long as there are available punches left on your card you may use the same card for multiple children.

Birthday Parties

To secure your date a 35% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 7 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is required.

Any party that is cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled event will be refunded all moneys outside of the 35% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, you may choose to reschedule for another available date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will evaluate each situation individually to determine the best course of action.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or through voicemail.

🎉 Friday Night Birthday Parties

While our facility remains open to the public at a reduced capacity during Friday evening celebrations, rest assured that our dedicated staff will ensure your birthday child feels truly special and celebrated.

🎈 Weekend Private Parties

For those seeking a more exclusive experience, our Saturday and Sunday parties offer private access to the entire facility, allowing your group to enjoy the space exclusively.

The 2-hour party rental does not include setup time. However, we offer a complimentary 25-minute setup period immediately before your scheduled party start time. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate early drop-offs or storage of items prior to your event.

All individuals attending the party, including both children and adults, are included in the total guest count. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we require a minimum supervision ratio of 5 children per 1 adult. This means for every 5 children, at least 1 adult must be present to supervise.

Please plan accordingly to meet this ratio and ensure a smooth and safe event.

Yes, extending your party time is available for an additional fee. However, please note that this option is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To inquire about adding extra time, please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and check availability.

To ensure a seamless party experience, all food selections and additional party enhancements must be arranged with The Cub House Play Cafe at least seven (7) business days prior to your event.

Any modifications requested after this deadline are subject to availability and, if approved, will incur a $25 convenience fee.

Our party room includes up to four small rectangular tables with child-sized chairs, ideal for young guests. Additionally, you’ll have access to two buffet tables and two round tables, perfect for displaying cake, favors, and gifts.

 

You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages when booking an event with us. However, please note that outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

You’re welcome to personalize your party space with decorations that suit your celebration. However, please note the following:

Prohibited Items: Confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, silly string and face paint are not allowed within the facility.

Hanging Decorations: Decorations may only be hung on designated areas within the party room to prevent damage to walls.

Easel Stands: We can provide easel stands for signs or displays that need to be propped up.

Fire Safety Policy

🔥 Open flames, such as those from chafing dishes, sterno warmers, grills, or any other heating equipment, are not permitted anywhere in the facility.

We offer ample parking with designated accessible spaces to accommodate all guests. Our facility is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges have convenient access. Accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance and are clearly marked with the International Symbol of Access.

If you have specific mobility needs or require additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance. We’re here to ensure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable.

Yes, we are ADA approved. Parking is right outside the doors to the facility.
