Your Guide to Play:
Drop In, Join, or Group Up

Below is everything you need to know about visiting us - from daily admission to group bookings and memberships

Please Note:

To ensure a fun and comfortable experience for all families, impromptu parties or group celebrations are not allowed during open play. This includes bringing decorations, presents, shared food, or having multiple adults gather to celebrate a birthday or event.

Open play is designed for individual child playtime with up to two accompanying adults.
If you’re looking to celebrate a birthday or host a group, please check out our party packages, which are specifically designed for that purpose.

We reserve the right to limit table use and the number of adults per child during open play when group gatherings impact the space or experience of other guests.

Our play pass is perfect for kids 6 and under, offering unlimited playtime all day long. Socks are required for both children and adults to keep everyone safe and our space clean. While we do accept walk-ins and you’re always welcome to purchase a play pass on the day of your visit, we highly recommend making a reservation to guarantee your spot and jump right into the fun without waiting!

Planning your visit

Safety

Our space is specifically designed to prioritize the safety of our guests, meaning we only allow groups with children to enter the facility. We also have a gated entrance/exit to make sure our littles don’t accidentally escape.

Our cafe is open for guests outside of play customers for to-go orders.

Parking

Upon arrival, you will notice that there is a front side and a backside to the building. Our main entrance is located on the backside of the building where the majority of the parking is.

Stroller Parking / Etiquette

We do prefer you to leave your strollers in the car but understand that sometimes life is just easier with them. We do ask that you be mindful and use basic stroller etiquette if you decide to bring them in with you.

Socks Required

To keep our play areas clean and in tip-top shape, we require that everyone remove their shoes and wear socks or shoe coverings inside the play areas. Bare feet are not allowed anywhere in the facility. We do have shoe cubbies to safely store your shoes. If you forget your socks or would like shoe covers, they are available for purchase at the cafe. Non-slip socks are recommended.

Cafe

Outside Food Policy
To ensure a clean and safe environment, outside food and drinks—including homemade items—are not allowed inside the facility. The only exceptions are fresh fruit in its natural packaging and unopened prepackaged snacks with clear ingredient labels.

Guests bringing other food or beverages may be kindly requested to store them securely or remove them from the premises.

We also make exceptions for water and infant formula.

Our café offers a variety of kid- and adult-friendly snacks and beverages for purchase.

Sick Policy

For the safety and well-being of others, admission will not be granted for sick children. We have the right to refuse service. Please keep you and your child home if family members have any of the following symptoms within 24 hours prior to visiting the playground:

Diarrhea, fever of 100 degrees or higher, heavy cough/croup, sore throat/swollen glands, vomiting or nausea, runny nose, especially green or yellow in color.
